Ready to unleash your inner florist? Join us for a beautifully creative workshop where you’ll learn to make your own floral hand ties, posies, baskets, or even a whimsical flower headdress – perfect for gifts, events, or just because!

Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to brush up on your skills, this relaxed and hands-on session is all about having fun with flowers. You’ll be guided step-by-step through techniques for creating natural, seasonal arrangements using fresh blooms, foliage, and florist tips you can use again and again.

All materials are included – along with a selection of drinks and nibbles to enjoy as you create!

Come join us in our Victorian Vinery for a morning of wreath making and a bonus garland making demonstration with our Florists. All the materials you will need to create your very own wreath will be provided along with some festive refreshments to enjoy.

Due to popular demand, our hand-tied bouquet workshops are now available on a flexible, by-request basis! Led by our talented florists, these fun and creative sessions are perfect for individuals or small groups.

Workshops run with a week’s notice, with two slots per day (10am & 2pm, Monday to Saturday).

Whether you’re celebrating something special or just fancy learning a new skill, we’d love to welcome you.

Get ready for the very first Bailey’s Festive Run – a fun, family-friendly event to celebrate the season in style while raising money for LOROS and Rainbows.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, just starting out with Couch to 5k, or simply looking for a reason to dust off your Christmas jumper, this is the event for you.

Come and run, jog, walk (dogs welcome). We cannot wait to see a dazzling parade of festive hats, sparkly outfits, and decorated pets. All festive furries get a treat at the finish line!

Start/finish location: Bailey’s Garden Centre – Wistow Rural Centre 
Course: A fun, relatively flat route with mixed surfaces. The Run is approx. 4K
Parking: Free parking available on-site

Minimum age for entry: 1 year old (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult).
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Entries are capped at 200 runners/walkers, so sign up early!

Begin your experience in the warm and creative setting of Bailey’s of Wistow, where you’ll craft your own beautiful, hand-made Christmas wreath using fresh seasonal foliage and expert guidance.

As evening falls, move across to the Wistow Café Bistro for a sumptuous festive supper — featuring traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings or a luxurious vegetarian nut roast, followed by an indulgent choice of Christmas desserts.

Enjoy mulled wine, laughter, and the true spirit of the season in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside.
